About the role
The Destination Experiences Coordinator supports the Destination Experiences team in managing shore excursion inventory, bookings and communication with tour operators. Based in the Makati office, this 12‑month fixed‑term role ensures accurate system updates and helps deliver a seamless guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain shore excursion records in the tour database, setting up new tours and updating existing ones.
- Manage inventory, departure times and over‑land capacity for each ship and port of call, ensuring updates are reflected in MyAdmin.
- Monitor and adjust shore excursion inventory across voyages, preparing and distributing monthly preliminary figures to tour operators.
- Proactively clear waitlists and update guest bookings, supporting analysts with itinerary changes.
- Assist the Lead and Manager Destination Experiences with operational changes related to allotments and bookings.
- Support back‑office projects, preparing operational documents, reports, presentations and tour program materials.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- At least 3 years of experience in hospitality, travel or a related industry.
- Familiarity with booking systems, inventory management and operational reporting.
- Strong organizational, data‑management and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Experience using MyAdmin or similar booking and inventory systems.
