About the role
The Guest Experience Expert creates memorable, personalized stays for guests at Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort. You will be the primary point of contact throughout the guest journey, ensuring every interaction feels seamless and welcoming.
Key responsibilities
- Guide guests through check‑in, stay, and check‑out processes, delivering a consistent, high‑quality experience.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, operational needs, and special inquiries.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on guest interactions and service outcomes.
- Share local area highlights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment while adhering to company policies and confidentiality standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and handle light physical tasks.
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and confidentiality.
