About the role
We are seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead a high‑volume upscale or luxury restaurant. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability and maintaining the highest service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring compliance with Forbes/LQA luxury service expectations.
- Lead, motivate and develop a large team, handling scheduling, labour cost control and performance management.
- Drive revenue through upselling, menu promotion and effective outlet profitability strategies.
- Manage guest feedback, service recovery and maintain strong guest relations.
- Control inventory, stock levels and produce accurate restaurant reports using POS systems.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in service quality, hygiene and overall presentation.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing a high‑volume upscale or luxury restaurant.
- Strong leadership and team‑coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional, well‑presented and service‑oriented demeanor.
