About the role
The Food Service Specialist acts as a consultant to promote and sell our food products to hospitality clients. You will build strong relationships with owners, general managers, head chefs and other decision‑makers, while continuously expanding your product knowledge and industry insight.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s history, mission, vision and product portfolio, including sourcing and processing details.
- Research and target specific customer clusters such as hotels, restaurant chains, coffee shops, caterers and independent food accounts.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers to create long‑term partnerships.
- Stay current on food trends, new market entrants and industry developments.
- Participate in relevant industry associations and expand a professional network within the hospitality sector.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management or a related field.
- At least one year of sales or customer‑facing experience in food, hospitality or related industries (fresh graduates are also welcome).
- Strong interest and knowledge of food history, culinary trends and innovative product applications.
- Fast learner with a commitment to personal growth and continuous improvement.
- Professional, confident presentation and interpersonal skills.
