Graphic Designer – Pre‑Opening Luxury Hotel

About the role

Mandarin Oriental is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join the pre‑opening team of its new 5‑star hotel in Makati. You will help shape the visual identity of the property, ensuring all communications reflect the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative visual designs for digital and print platforms, including marketing campaigns, social media content, website visuals, email assets, and hotel collateral such as menus, brochures, signage, and in‑room materials.
• Ensure all creative outputs adhere to Mandarin Oriental brand standards and adapt global brand campaigns for the local market.
• Support the pre‑opening team by producing branding materials for press launches, media kits, sales presentations, teaser campaigns, and opening announcements.
• Maintain visual consistency across all channels, manage digital asset libraries, templates, and brand files.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality design work for luxury or hospitality brands.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, communications, sales, and F&B teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to upholding a premium brand aesthetic.

Required skills

• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience creating both digital and print collateral.
• Understanding of brand guidelines and visual storytelling.
