Marketing Designer – Graphic Design Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Marketing Designer to produce on‑brand visual assets across digital, print, social, and event channels. The role works closely with copywriters, content managers, campaign teams, and compliance stakeholders to turn complex healthcare and product information into engaging, accessible, and compliant designs.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing assets for digital/social media, email/SMS, direct mail, thought‑leadership materials, and event collateral.
• Apply WCAG accessibility best practices (color contrast, typography, alt text, readability).
• Maintain reusable templates, design systems, and component libraries.
• Ensure strong file management: layer organization, naming conventions, version control, and DAM/CMS asset handling.
• Execute design QA, coordinate approvals with brand, compliance, and legal teams.
• Partner with copywriters to align visual hierarchy and messaging.
• Deliver platform‑ready assets optimized for paid/organic social, marketing automation tools, and digital campaigns.
• Support event production, including brochures, booth screens, executive presentations, and print‑ready collateral.
• Prepare specifications for vendors, manage export settings, and validate links, UTM parameters, and QR codes.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of marketing or graphic design experience.
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, etc.) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, typography, layout, and information design.
• Ability to work within structured review and approval workflows.
