Graphic Designer – Remote

About the role

MicroSourcing is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to work remotely on a variety of sport and culture projects. You will translate brand ideas into visual assets that engage audiences across social media and other channels.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and deliver creative concepts that align with brand guidelines.
• Create compelling visual content for clients' social media presence.
• Design campaign materials for multiple mediums and ensure artwork meets channel specifications.
• Manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Present ideas through mood boards and concept sketches.
• Communicate design rationale internally and with clients.
• Organise workload efficiently and maintain a proactive attitude.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design (full‑time or freelance).
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic Design.
• Proven ability to handle multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Experience in an agency setting is a plus.
• Passion for sport and culture.
• Strong creative, organizational, problem‑solving and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Illustration skills.
• Animation basics.
• Motion graphics knowledge.
