Foodservice Specialist

About the role

The Foodservice Specialist acts as a consultant to promote and sell our food products to hospitality clients. You will build strong relationships with owners, general managers, head chefs and other decision‑makers, driving business growth through product knowledge and industry insight.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an in‑depth understanding of the company’s history, mission and vision.
• Acquire comprehensive product knowledge, including source, processing and food applications.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers in hotels, restaurant chains, coffee shops, caterers and independent food accounts.
• Research assigned customer clusters and stay updated on industry and food trends.
• Participate in relevant industry associations and expand a professional network within the food and hospitality sector.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• At least one year of sales or customer‑facing experience in food, hospitality or related industries is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong interest in food history, culinary trends and innovative product applications.
• Fast learner with a commitment to personal growth and continuous improvement.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
