About the role
We are looking for a proactive Travel Associate to assist our clients in planning and booking seamless travel experiences. The role involves providing accurate destination information, handling reservations, and ensuring any travel‑related issues are resolved promptly.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients in creating and booking travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Provide up‑to‑date information on destinations, travel regulations, and promotional offers.
- Resolve issues that arise during the travel process and maintain clear communication with clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Stay informed about current travel trends and promotions to deliver informed recommendations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with travel booking software.
- Advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
