General Manager – Multi-Unit Operations & Business Execution

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized General Manager to oversee multi‑unit operations and business execution for a fast‑growing hospitality and food services group. Reporting directly to ownership, you will ensure that stores, commissary facilities, and projects run efficiently, meet company standards, and support future expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations across multiple stores, commissaries, and projects.
• Conduct regular site visits, operational inspections, and audits.
• Identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and support managers in resolving issues.
• Verify opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, presentation, and service standards.
• Track team accountability, attendance, and workplace discipline.
• Prevent problems by investigating concerns and implementing practical solutions.
• Prepare and submit operational reports with recommendations.

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communicator able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable visiting stores and operational sites.
