Hotel Housekeeping Manager

About the role

The Housekeeping Manager will lead daily housekeeping operations at Herald Suites, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all guests. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Makati’s business district and works closely with other hotel departments to maintain high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule housekeeping staff to achieve optimal room turnover.
• Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with front‑desk and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Train, hire, and evaluate housekeeping personnel.
• Address and resolve guest concerns related to housekeeping services.

Required profile

• Minimum of five (5) years of housekeeping experience with progressive management responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and customer‑care orientation.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent knowledge of housekeeping operations and cleanliness standards.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation, aesthetics, and safety.
• Flexible schedule with availability for extended or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
