About the role
Join Remote VA as a Customer Service Representative and become the first point of contact for our customers. You will deliver prompt, professional assistance through phone, email, and chat, helping to build a positive brand experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Provide product information, process orders, and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
- Resolve complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary.
- Offer feedback to improve customer service processes.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self‑motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Positive attitude with a friendly demeanor.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends if needed.

What we offer
- Full‑time schedule: 9 AM – 5 PM EST.
- Remote work from home.
- Monthly salary of USD 600.
