Operations Manager (Remote, Morning Shift)

About the role

Scale‑X Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead its remote teams on a permanent, morning‑shift basis. You will be the primary point of contact for multiple clients and virtual assistants, ensuring smooth service delivery and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations across several client accounts and virtual assistant teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, handling operational concerns and escalations.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve workflows and processes for efficiency.
• Recruit, onboard, and train virtual assistants to meet client standards.
• Monitor team performance against KPIs and SLAs, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
• Analyze operational metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align team goals with company objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager in the outsourcing or BPO sector.
• Proven track record managing multiple clients and remote teams.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
