About the role
We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative who loves talking to people and solving problems. You will work remotely for a growing US‑based business, helping a diverse range of clients across multiple industries.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide knowledgeable answers about product, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
- Perform data entry across various platforms.
- Handle administrative tasks and work US business hours.
Required profile
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Sales experience and comfort with a fast‑paced environment.
- Typing speed of at least 50 wpm.
- 1‑5 years of customer service experience.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
- Quiet remote‑work environment with a second monitor, fast computer, and backup power.
