About the role

Join Remote VA as a Customer Service Representative and become the first point of contact for our customers. You will deliver prompt, professional assistance through phone, email, and chat, helping to build a positive brand experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Provide product information, process orders, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary.
  • Offer feedback to improve customer service processes.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self‑motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Positive attitude with a friendly demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends if needed.

What we offer
