Consultant I – Cloud Supply Chain Solutions

About the role

SPS Commerce is seeking a Consultant I to join its remote team delivering cloud‑based supply chain management solutions. In this role you will work closely with customers to implement, configure and optimise technology products that support global retail trading partners.

Key responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, test and configure systems as part of implementation projects.
• Consult with clients to analyse operational needs and align solutions with business objectives.
• Communicate project progress to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Perform post‑sale technical implementation of technology products.
• Track implementation timelines, resolve scheduling issues and ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage escalated events when required and provide follow‑up support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of related experience, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to apply, test and reconfigure data rules to achieve desired outcomes.
