Software Intern – FinTech Development

About the role

Intellect Design Arena Ltd is looking for motivated Software Interns to join its APAC team in Manila. This internship offers hands‑on experience building enterprise‑grade FinTech solutions for banks and financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing, testing, and deploying scalable software applications using modern tech stacks.
• Collaborate with software engineers, DevOps teams, and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Learn and work with Intellect’s proprietary technologies such as iTurmeric and Purple Fabric.
• Research, investigate, and help resolve technical issues, bugs, and database queries.
• Apply basic financial knowledge to understand product requirements and user journeys.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in the final year of, or a recent graduate from, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance/FinTech or a related field.
• Basic understanding of finance, banking or FinTech concepts is preferred.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Quick learner who can work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
