About the role
We are looking for a professional and courteous Virtual Assistant to handle incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries for a medical clinic. The role is part‑time, remote, and operates on Singapore time.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and WhatsApp messages promptly and professionally.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using Google Calendar.
- Provide general clinic information such as location, office hours, doctors on duty, available slots, and price lists.
- Escalate urgent or out‑of‑scope matters with proper documentation and screenshots.
- Handle emergency‑related concerns and forward them immediately to the appropriate team.
- Maintain accurate call notes and appointment records.
- Send reminders and follow‑up messages to patients or clients as needed.
- Coordinate schedule updates and client concerns with the internal team while preserving confidentiality.
Required profile
- Fluent English with clear pronunciation.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Patient, polite, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and multitask.
- Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Preferably experience in healthcare or medical support.
