Business Development Lead

About the role

The Business Development Lead will own the end‑to‑end pursuit cycle for new construction projects, from market intelligence to contract award. Reporting to senior management, the role is pivotal in building a robust pipeline that meets annual revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor market trends, developer pipelines, and consultant activities to identify viable opportunities.
• Develop and nurture relationships with decision‑makers at developers, general contractors, and institutional clients.
• Conduct go/no‑go assessments, formulate bid strategies, and deliver compelling client presentations.
• Lead contract negotiations and hand over awarded projects to the Project Management Team.
• Prepare monthly business development reports and maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline dashboard.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in the Philippine construction industry, with at least 3–5 years in business development, sales, or client‑facing roles.
• Proven track record of winning MEPF or general construction contracts.
• Established network with Metro Manila developers, GCs, and consultants.

Required skills

• Contract negotiation and risk assessment expertise.
• Familiarity with construction scopes, delivery processes, and cost drivers.
