Service Coordinator – Construction (Hybrid)

About the role

ConnectOS is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage construction‑related projects across Australia. The role blends project coordination with trade liaison, offering a hybrid work arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple construction, renovation and property‑maintenance projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Liaise with electricians, plumbers, carpenters and other specialists to schedule and oversee trade activities.
• Provide guidance to trades on client expectations, home‑maintenance requirements and compliance matters.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, subcontractors and clients to facilitate smooth project delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar service‑coordinator or project‑management role within construction, renovation or property‑maintenance.
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of basic home‑maintenance principles and familiarity with various trades.
• Understanding of work health and safety (WHS) and compliance in Aged Care and NDIS settings.
• Unrestricted right to work in Australia.
