Associate Ombuds Programs Officer

About the role

The Asian Development Bank is seeking an Associate Ombuds Programs Officer to support its informal conflict‑resolution function. Based in Manila, you will work within the Office of the Ombudsperson, managing case data, generating insights, and helping to communicate the Office’s work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead data management and analysis for the Ombuds case database, producing statistical insights and trend reports.
• Maintain and update the case management system and related SharePoint sites.
• Develop and implement communication materials, including data visualisations for diverse audiences.
• Support hybrid outreach and awareness‑raising activities using innovative digital tools.
• Conduct research, manage electronic records, and assist with overall office administration.
• Represent the Office in organisational initiatives and contribute to ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, communications, management, marketing, statistics, information technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data management, analysis, and marketing/communication.
• Experience in international agencies is an advantage.
• Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Strong written and verbal proficiency in English.
