Social Media Moderator (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Social Media Moderator to support our online reputation management services. The role is fully remote and involves handling content removal requests, monitoring digital channels, and keeping clients informed about case progress.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage online reputation‑related tasks and removal requests.
• Coordinate and track projects using Asana.
• Submit and follow up on content removal requests across multiple platforms.
• Communicate case updates to clients and internal team members.
• Maintain accurate records of completed and pending removals.
• Research and identify harmful or inaccurate online content.
• Ensure tasks are completed within deadlines and quality standards.
• Assist with reputation‑management strategies and reporting.

Required profile

• Previous experience in online reputation management, online removals, or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Problem‑solving and research skills.
• Capability to work independently in a remote environment.
