SEO Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven SEO Specialist to join our fast‑growing digital marketing agency. You will work remotely on UK business hours, managing both local and national SEO campaigns for clients in health, wellness, lifestyle, and service sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end SEO projects: audits, strategy, implementation, and reporting.
• Optimize site architecture, technical SEO, metadata, and content across WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, and Wix.
• Monitor rankings and uncover insights using SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
• Produce and scale content with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Surfer SEO.
• Manage local SEO efforts, including Google Business Profile optimization, citations, and location‑specific pages.
• Collaborate with writers and designers to align content with SEO goals.
• Execute white‑hat link‑building strategies and adjust tactics based on data‑driven analysis.
• Track progress and communicate via Slack and Asana.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably with service‑based or local businesses.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
