Marketing Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Associate to support our Marketing Officer in processing applications and handling client communications. The role is based in Makati City and focuses on ensuring smooth pre‑screening, data entry, and coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Pre‑screen and encode incoming applications accurately.
• Assist the Marketing Officer in communicating approvals to clients, branches, salespeople, or dealers.
• Assign units for appraisal and retrieve car‑history information for second‑hand and imported vehicles.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns from the channels you manage.

Required profile

• College graduate, preferably with a degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Residency in Makati City.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
