About the role

The Asia Manager – Delivery Excellence will lead the transformation of project delivery across the region. You will champion best‑practice methodologies, develop robust delivery systems and ensure projects are set up for success from bid to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Drive organizational improvement in project delivery across Asia.
• Model and promote best‑practice project delivery standards.
• Design and implement enhanced project delivery processes.
• Support bid preparation and launch activities to set projects up for success.
• Develop business cases and lead approved internal projects aimed at improving delivery outcomes.
• Uphold Surbana Jurong values, ethics and code of conduct in all activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a senior technical leadership role.
• Strong track record of improving project delivery performance.
• Ability to develop and present business cases.
• Leadership skills to guide cross‑functional project teams.
• Commitment to corporate values, ethics and professional conduct.
