Accountant – Financial Reporting & Tax

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our Finance team in the Philippines. You will be responsible for delivering accurate financial and statutory reporting, ensuring strong internal controls, and supporting tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver US GAAP financial reports to the US parent entity, meeting strict deadlines.
• Support statutory reporting for Singapore and China, including financial statement preparation and audit coordination.
• Maintain general ledgers, balance‑sheet controls, and reconciliation processes.
• Assist with technical accounting reviews, revenue recognition, property acquisitions, and complex transactions.
• Manage Singapore tax obligations (corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax) and support US corporate tax deliverables.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with external consultants and partner with IT on finance system enhancements.
• Update finance policies, streamline processes, and share best practices across business segments.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an accountant handling US GAAP and multi‑jurisdictional statutory reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore and China tax regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high data integrity and internal‑control standards.
• Proactive problem‑solver with excellent documentation skills.
