Finance Operator for ERP Deployment (Project-based)

About the role

This 10‑month project‑based position supports the deployment of an ERP system for finance operations in the Philippines. You will work closely with local subject‑matter experts to align finance compliance with the global design and ensure a smooth go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with local SMEs to capture and align all finance compliance requirements, including applications, integrations, and supplier/customer financial practices.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for statutory and controllership processes and provide Hypercare issue resolution.
• Support system integration testing, assist in UAT for supply‑chain finance scenarios, and deliver light‑touch go‑live and Hypercare support to maintain operational continuity.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant or equivalent experience with deep knowledge of local statutory and regulatory finance frameworks (revenue recognition, tax compliance, AR/AP).
• Strong understanding of sourcing unit finance processes such as product costing, inventory valuation, and supplier settlements.
• Experience consolidating inputs from GTM Finance and other finance SMEs to ensure accurate compliance representation.
• Ability to coordinate local SMEs and bridge global design with market requirements.
