Order Desk Manager – Remote Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Order Desk Manager to lead our SaaS order management operations remotely. This full‑time, night‑shift position offers weekends off and the opportunity to work with global teams while driving accuracy, compliance, and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SaaS order management and quote‑to‑order workflows.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ to generate accurate quotes and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Monitor order desk performance, resolve escalations, and produce regular reports.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to optimize revenue streams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SaaS order management or similar sales operations roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work night‑shift hours remotely and communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
