About the role

We are seeking a VIP Telemarketing Specialist to engage high‑value clients and prospects through outbound calls. The role focuses on delivering a personalized, premium communication experience while promoting services and strengthening client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to VIP clients and high‑value prospects to promote products, services, or special offers.
• Maintain a professional and personalized approach when communicating with premium clients.
• Build and nurture strong relationships to increase client engagement and loyalty.
• Provide detailed information about services, promotions, and account updates.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions or opportunities.
• Follow up with VIP clients regarding inquiries, offers, or service updates.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and account management teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Meet or exceed telemarketing performance targets and KPIs.
• Gather and report client feedback to improve services and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or outbound sales.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism with VIP clients.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and call management tools.
