Customer Service Representative – Korean Speaker

About the role

3M is seeking a Korean‑speaking Customer Service Representative to support CBG Asia customers. This entry‑level position involves handling order management, issue resolution, and customer communication while working with SAP, Salesforce and other internal tools.

Key responsibilities

• Perform end‑to‑end order management using SAP, Salesforce and customer portals.
• Maintain customer master data, part numbers and critical specifications.
• Investigate missed OTIF deliveries and resolve simple to moderately complex issues.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers regarding order issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure order flow and resolve queries, including line‑stop or AOG situations.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs, create basic reports, and participate in continuous‑improvement and Lean projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, supply chain, logistics or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to new systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce.
• Experience with CRM tools, portals and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Fluent in English and Korean (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
