Travel Consultant

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Advise and arrange domestic and international travel for individual and group corporate customers.
• Conduct analysis and research on travel options, anticipating needs and promoting additional services.
• Book air, road, rail, and accommodation using Global Distribution Systems (Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, Amadeus).
• Ensure compliance with client travel policies, service provider rules, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide positive telephone service, handle special requests, and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with teammates to coach, mentor, and improve service levels.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the travel industry.
• Passion for client service and proactive anticipation of traveler needs.
• Strong attention to detail and integrity in handling personal traveler information.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends, in a 24/7 operation.

Required skills

• Native expertise with GDS platforms: Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo, Galileo.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Solid understanding of business travel processes and policies.
