Delivery Operations Manager – Home Appliances

About the role

The Delivery Operations Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery processes for home appliances, ensuring that orders move smoothly from placement to the customer’s doorstep. You will coordinate logistics partners, optimise costs, and uphold a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full order delivery cycle, from order placement and payment confirmation to warehouse dispatch and last‑mile delivery.
• Oversee local logistics service providers, set delivery standards and SLAs, and monitor KPIs such as on‑time delivery, damage, and complaint rates.
• Monitor warehouse inventory and product availability, coordinating supply and demand to minimise stockouts and excess inventory.
• Analyse delivery load factors and logistics costs, driving route optimisation and consolidated deliveries to reduce unit costs.
• Establish efficient response mechanisms for delivery exceptions and work with partners to resolve delays, damages, failed deliveries, and complaints.
• Prepare regular performance reports covering KPIs and identify bottlenecks for continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain Planning, Warehouse, and After‑Sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Business or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or delivery operations.
• Experience in large appliances/white goods delivery (B2B and B2C) is highly preferred.
• Proven track record managing logistics service providers, SLAs and performance improvement.
• Familiarity with local logistics practices, regulations and delivery operations.
• Strong organisational, coordination and time‑management abilities.
• Fluent English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
