About the role
The Travel Associate will support clients in creating seamless travel experiences by handling bookings, offering expert advice, and ensuring compliance with travel regulations. This role combines customer service excellence with up‑to‑date industry knowledge to deliver memorable itineraries.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals.
- Provide expert advice on itineraries, destinations, and local attractions.
- Maintain current knowledge of travel industry trends and best practices.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues related to travel plans.
- Manage travel documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel, or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in a travel‑related position.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
