SCM Purchaser – Procurement Specialist

Odfjell Technology provides safe, efficient and sustainable solutions worldwide. We are seeking a motivated SCM Purchaser to support our procurement activities and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Perform purchase of goods and services according to approved requisitions, including administrative purchases.
• Handle change order processes for regular and inter‑company purchase orders.
• Reconcile supplier invoices with internal stakeholders and manage supplier pre‑qualification cases.
• Identify suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate contracts and maintain supplier relationships for local purchases.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, support continuous improvement and participate in internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Science or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of relevant purchasing experience.
• Knowledge of supply‑chain and procure‑to‑pay processes.
• Familiarity with IT tools and systems used in procurement.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills in English.
