Training and Documentation Specialist

About the role

The Training and Documentation Specialist partners with Operations to identify training needs, designs and delivers product and process training, and ensures training documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date. The role supports new‑hire onboarding, cross‑training, and continuous skill development across internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations to map annual training plans, facilitate instructor‑led, virtual, desk‑side and hands‑on training sessions.
• Develop and implement training curricula, production glide paths, and monitor training queues to meet turnaround times.
• Maintain and update training documentation, manage intake tools, and ensure audit‑ready document controls.
• Analyze training effectiveness, provide feedback to Operations, and close gaps in partnership with the Quality team.

Required profile

• Consistently meets or exceeds performance metrics in current role and has no attendance or disciplinary issues in the past 12 months.
• Strong process knowledge, excellent training delivery skills, and solid professionalism and work ethics.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities with good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Effective English writing and communication, with knowledge of adult‑learning principles considered an advantage.
