About the role
The Trainer will deliver instruction to both existing and newly hired employees, ensuring they are prepared for essential duties. The role involves creating a supportive learning environment that helps participants reach their full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions that promote knowledge transfer and skill application.
- Assess learner performance using appropriate evaluation tools and provide feedback and coaching.
- Plan and prepare instructional materials tailored to specific learning modes.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of college education and 1 year of relevant BPO training experience.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Quezon City on a night schedule.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to analyze and address training needs.
Required skills
- Proficiency with PC applications such as MS Office.
- Experience using Tableau for data visualization.
