Tower Manager – Lead Bridge Tower Construction

About the role

ACCIONA Construction is seeking a Tower Manager to lead the construction of the main bridge towers for a cable‑stayed bridge project in the Philippines. The role oversees the entire tower construction process, from level +3.52 to the tower head, ensuring alignment with schedule, technical specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities related to the tower section.
• Coordinate with the Deputy Project Manager and Main Bridge Team.
• Approve method statements, lifting plans, and work sequences for each tower lift.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Supervise subcontractor performance and resource allocation.
• Report daily and weekly progress to the construction management team.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years total experience, including 10 years in marine bridge construction.
• Strong technical knowledge of cable‑stayed bridge tower construction.
• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Leadership, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills in multicultural environments.
