Caisson Construction Manager

About the role

ACCIONA Construction is seeking a Caisson Construction Manager to lead offshore caisson works in the Philippines. The role covers planning, coordination and execution of all phases from on‑shore construction to final offshore installation, ensuring safety, quality and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage caisson construction activities across on‑shore, floating, towing, mooring and installation phases.
• Coordinate resources, materials, equipment and manpower with design, engineering, quality and HSE teams.
• Monitor progress, implement mitigation actions and communicate with all stakeholders.
• Oversee subcontractors, especially vessels and installation contractors, and ensure compliance with inspection and test plans.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of professional experience, including at least 10 years in marine bridge construction.
• Proven experience managing construction teams, subcontractors and heavy equipment in complex offshore environments.
• Professional level of English.
