About the role
As a Test Manager at Bosch Group in Taguig, you will lead the planning and execution of testing activities across both manual and automated domains, ensuring high‑quality delivery of projects.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare detailed test plans aligned with the overall project roadmap.
- Oversee test environment setup, data preparation, and selection of test tools.
- Define test scope from project and deployment specifications.
- Manage manual and automated testing activities and act as the main quality‑assurance contact.
- Handle defect management, risk mitigation, and reporting to management.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and recommending digitalisation.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in test management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams including testers, key users, and automation engineers.
- Strong stakeholder management and risk‑assessment skills.
Required skills
- Knowledge of SAP R3.
- Knowledge of SAP 4Hana.
