Digital Business Product Operations & Testing Lead

About the role

The Global Services Interaction Model team is looking for a Digital Business Product Operations & Testing Lead to drive operating discipline and testing for a portfolio of digital products. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Operations and Testing, you will coordinate product operations practices and provide hands‑on support for test planning, execution, defect management and release readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Implement common product operating practices, standards, templates, tools and governance across the Interaction Model product suite.
• Coordinate recurring product operations activities such as roadmap hygiene, dependency tracking, risk and issue management, release calendars and action follow‑up.
• Support Business Product Owners in maintaining accurate product artifacts, operating procedures and performance measures.
• Develop and maintain business testing approaches, define test scope, scenarios, data, environments and readiness criteria.
• Lead user acceptance testing, manage defect intake, triage, documentation, prioritisation and closure.
• Prepare portfolio dashboards, governance materials, leadership updates and release‑readiness summaries.
• Monitor defect trends, recommend improvements to requirements, design and testing processes.
• Support post‑release validation, issue triage, stabilization tracking and transition to ongoing operations.
