Technical Project Coordinator / App Support (Remote)

About the role

The client is a mission‑driven nonprofit delivering curriculum on mindset, leadership, emotional intelligence and financial literacy to teens. They need a reliable owner to keep their digital app stable, updated and well‑managed as it scales.

Key responsibilities

• Document existing low‑code setup, workflows and create a living playbook for the app.
• Turn curriculum changes into clear update requests, manage the release calendar and ensure monthly updates are tested and ready.
• Handle App Store and Google Play submissions, update metadata, monitor reviews and respond to feedback.
• Collect, prioritize and route user reports, bugs and feedback to the appropriate tech lead and follow up until resolution.
• Serve as the communication bridge between curriculum, program, tech and legal teams, using AI tools to draft documentation and keep email, calendar and tracking organized.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Replit or another low‑code/no‑code platform.
• Experience coordinating releases, updates or projects with a change calendar.
• Familiarity with App Store Connect or Google Play Console operations.
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude) in daily work.
• Strong ownership mindset, proactive communication and detail‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Replit or comparable low‑code platforms (Bubble, Glide, Adalo, FlutterFlow, Softr, etc.).
• App Store Connect and Google Play Console basics.
• Release planning, change calendars and issue tracking.
• Bug triage, logging and routing.
• AI‑assisted documentation tools (Claude or similar).

What we offer

• Remote work with flexible schedule (40 hours/week, Monday‑Friday, 4 PM‑12 AM Central Time).
• Compensation at $7.00 per hour.
