About the role

Helpware is seeking a Technical Support Representative to join its growing Philippines team. You will provide email and chat assistance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Analyze, isolate, and resolve a variety of technical problems across multiple systems.
Provide step‑by‑step guidance to customers via email and chat, tailoring communication to each individual.
Maintain high quality service by managing time effectively and multitasking across applications.

Required profile

Exceptional spoken and written English (minimum C1 level).
At least 2 years of professional technical troubleshooting experience.
Experience supporting customers through email and/or chat channels.
Strong self‑management skills in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to recognize patterns.

Required skills

Proficiency with Office 360, especially Excel.
Experience using Zendesk, ServiceDesk or Freshdesk.
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM while chatting with customers.
