Team Lead, Program Management

About the role

As Team Lead, Programme Management you will help build a high‑performing programme management team in Manila by balancing hands‑on delivery with day‑to‑day team leadership. The role suits a clear communicator who takes initiative and enjoys improving team processes.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously evaluate team processes, workflows and systems, recommending and implementing enhancements to drive operational efficiency and service excellence.
• Partner with the line manager to develop and execute operational strategies that meet KPIs, OKRs and broader business goals.
• Lead monthly coaching sessions, create development plans and reinforce continuous learning for team members.
• Serve as communication lead, cascade operational updates, maintain documentation, meeting minutes and decision records.
• Plan, prioritize and delegate work, review deliverables for quality and provide feedback.
• Manage operational escalations, oversee attendance tracking, leave management and workforce planning.
• Prepare and communicate performance metrics and operational reports to support data‑driven decision making.
• Lead onboarding and training of new team members.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience leading operational teams or initiatives with a focus on performance and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across teams without direct authority.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to present information clearly and engage stakeholders.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with global teams and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented approach with solid problem‑solving judgment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project/Programme Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience mentoring or coaching a team in operations, project management or professional services.
• Experience using performance metrics, KPIs, SLAs or OKRs to drive success.
