Senior Software Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Software Product Manager to drive innovation through technical excellence. You will lead high‑impact features, act as the bridge between engineering and stakeholders, and ensure alignment of technical feasibility with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently deliver high‑quality product requirements that balance customer needs, application context and engineering principles.
• Lead and motivate cross‑functional teams of engineers, designers, architects and QA testers.
• Act as the voice of the customer, gathering, reviewing and prioritising feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate product progress and direction to internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Maintain and prioritise the product backlog and roadmap, adapting to changing scenarios during development.
• Assess business and customer value of new and existing ideas and create key deliverables such as acceptance criteria, release plans, technical prototypes and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst with a track record of writing requirements, managing complex backlogs and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly evaluate technical feasibility, cost and risk of solutions and make data‑driven decisions.
• Strong process analysis and mapping skills with an eye for detail.
• Solid understanding of Agile development processes and adaptability to varying levels of process adoption.
• Excellent communication skills for managing stakeholders across multiple departments and geographies.
