System Administrator – Application Support Engineer

About the role

As a System Administrator within Atos Group, you will support global clients by ensuring the stability, security, and performance of their IT environments. You will work closely with senior engineers and development teams to resolve incidents, manage user access, and maintain application functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the team ticket queue, resolve issues promptly and meet SLA commitments.
• Provide 24x7 global operations support, escalating complex problems to L3 when needed.
• Perform system and user administration tasks, including password management and application configuration.
• Document technical procedures, configuration changes, and maintain accurate user guides.
• Analyze application functionality, suggest improvements, and assist with code migration across environments.
• Monitor application performance metrics and coordinate scheduled updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in application support or system administration.
• Ability to work under the supervision of senior engineers and collaborate with development teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
