About the role

The Strategic Operations Lead acts as the central integrator for the organization, aligning business units with the group’s strategic priorities and ensuring effective execution of enterprise‑wide initiatives. The role provides data‑driven insights, governance, and decision‑support to enable timely, high‑quality decisions across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives with clear ownership, metrics, and timelines.
• Lead enterprise‑wide tracking of key business priorities, ensuring delivery discipline and timely escalation of gaps.
• Prioritize and rationalize the project portfolio based on strategic value, resource capacity, and business impact.
• Establish and maintain a performance management framework covering financial, operational, and strategic KPIs.
• Develop executive dashboards that provide real‑time visibility into business health and performance.
• Facilitate cross‑functional coordination, breaking down silos and aligning stakeholders on priorities and trade‑offs.
• Lead governance processes for executive and leadership meetings, shaping agendas and synthesizing materials.
• Implement enterprise‑level risk and issue management frameworks, proactively identifying systemic risks.
