Customer Experience Lead

About the role

Make your next big career move as a Customer Experience Lead. You will manage the site and a small team, ensuring the office facility is always show‑ready while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee front‑desk operations: answer calls, welcome visitors, handle mail, and manage gate passes.
• Provide tenant and general services, including conference‑room reservations, issue resolution, and administrative support.
• Maintain office cleanliness, facilities readiness, and coordinate with building administration for repairs and energy‑conservation initiatives.
• Lead a small team, keep members motivated, monitor performance, and handle minor projects.
• Manage petty cash, utility personnel, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HRM, Tourism or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in front‑office or administrative roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication, high attention to detail, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules and be assigned to other KMC sites.
