Store Service Crew – Retail Operations

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our store team as Service Crew members. In this role you will be the face of the store, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Man the store and handle order taking, cashiering, and cash management.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide a friendly shopping experience.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to resolve order issues and with Logistics for order dispatch.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory checks.
• Maintain and refresh marketing collateral and visual displays throughout the store.

Required profile

• Graduate of Senior High School or a college undergraduate.
• No prior experience required; fresh candidates are welcome.
• Flexible availability to work varying schedules.
• Ready to start immediately.
