B2B Sales Advisor

About the role

Teledial is seeking experienced B2B Outbound Sales Representatives to join one of the Philippines' fastest‑growing sales organizations. You will support U.S.‑based accounts, prospect new business and help drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound B2B sales activities targeting U.S. clients.
• Manage prospecting, pipeline development and follow‑up to meet performance metrics.
• Maintain schedules, meet daily/weekly targets and document activities in CRM systems.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of outbound B2B sales experience supporting U.S. accounts.
• Telco experience is a strong advantage.
• High school diploma (experience valued).
• Previous experience in a call centre, BPO or telesales environment.
• Strong communication, objection‑handling and rapport‑building abilities.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and adapt to campaign changes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Comfort using basic office software.
