Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales Representative is responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of our client’s products or services through customer engagement, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing contracts. This role is responsible for effectively articulating the value of products or services to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new B2B clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision‑making potential using BANT or MEDDICC frameworks.
• Conduct discovery calls and product presentations tailored to corporate clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with Marketing to optimise lead‑generation campaigns and messaging.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Achieve and exceed monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of outbound sales experience.
• At least 6 months of cold‑calling experience.
• HS / SHS Graduate.
• Strong communication skills – CSVAR High B2 and above.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume calling and high‑rejection environment.
• Strong objection handling and probing skills.
• Experience dealing with business owners or decision‑makers (preferred).
• 1‑2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience (preferred).
• Proven cold‑calling and prospecting background (preferred).
